The $27m EBITDA includes $40m+ of capitalised R&D costs. Bottom line free free cashflow is bleeding.
And why blame the former CEO ? He seems to be the one who actually built the company and the perpetrators of this fraud all made out like bandits. Your ire should be directed at them as well as Macquarie (who enabled / turned a blind eye to their behaviour).
As to the other response, Nuix’s gross margins matter jack sh$t if it can’t pay it’s bills. Suggest you actually read the documents Nuix releases.
The evidence is hiding in plain sight.
