There are four Applicants listed in the Schedule and the security Order (Order 1 of 20 June 2022) is made against them jointly and severally. The Court (or the Respondent for that matter) is not particularly interested in which one of them (or all of them) stumps up the monies as long as it's paid in. From memory, the ISXFEU Prospectus was pretty clear on funds being set aside to prosecute this claim diligently.

The simple matter is that these proceedings have to be put back before a Judge ASAP and given a Hearing date. Now, that's not going to happen until the security is paid. SP1 knows that, the other Applicants know it, and ASX knows it. There's too many complaints about the proceedings being delayed. Well, now the ball is squarely in the Applicants' court for the matter to be set down for Hearing. Forget about the other subpoena nonsense - that will be sorted out in the interim. There won't be a Hearing before the middle of next year.

Pay the security forthwith, get it back before the Court, have a Hearing date set, and a final timetable put in place. Enough is enough. It's time to bring this matter to a head.
