social welfare costs are insupportable in the current structural deficit left by the former Govt. such ensures Aus will remain in deficit until the structural deficit is addressed. more of the Morrison legacy of largesse to the most wealthy.

look to Howard's argument for a Big Aus, and the practice which was necessary to ensure increasing GDP when the nation would otherwise be in recession.
