The last PL was a partial failure, not a complete failure. Further, the failure was due to the etch process - specifically, etch residue created electrical shorting. A new etch design has been built and tested to eliminate this problem. But, PL2 also demonstrated cell switching, i.e. it works, but the shorting prevented measuring how well.
