The report paints a glowing picture and while management is boasting of 13 quarters of increased revenue, the fact is that they are not able to be cash positive tells us that there must be something fundamentally wrong with the company. Perhaps the forthcoming Annual Report including the Financial Statements could give some clues as to why this is the case. Is that why they are in a hurry to capital raise. This is my opinion and not financial advice.
