Not saying I know anything here, but if the Company is going to go into Trading Halt it will have to be during pre open tomorrow, to allow them enough time to finalise the terms of the agreement.

Of course they could still do this on Thursday morning and still announce on Friday, it just depends on how the corporate play is managed.

There is no doubt that a JDA will be material, I just think it will generate a lot more buzz and interest if a TH is put into place "Pending finalisation of a material agreement"
