Yep dont underestimate david or bearish team. They seem to be very knowledgable. Probably hedge fund similar.
He picked up right time just before rally in november.
He came back again at about time to rally
Both are at highest fear.
Unsure their real in mind, I just like to balance for people with knowledge to who may not understand well and only be feared.
Just fear in big cap like bhp is probably useless since holders are mostly strong hands and knowledgeable.

Just it was 36$ in nov 21 and now is 44$ after dividend (about ma200), still not quite same situation but unadjusted price can lead to multiple fear lol

There was many issues in nov but yes recession was probably not a big thing that time and he picked up recession well. Just I remembered many knew nasdaq and tech including china were about to fall very hard , all went short, meaning commodity was about to rally. I mostly hedge to each other when they are at lowest point.

Just his group should probably admit that China is indeed in big trouble since 2021 after failing to boost up their economy. I think it will stay difficult since China is still an emerging. It may show a bit of his character of not acknowledging China issue most.

Surely he knows thing well for picking up right time when fear is at most. There was a theory that I learned since 2005 where strong hand group and market maker may indeed trying to control market paychology and manipulation or may be it is just me. Whilst I saw so many coincidents like david in past 18 years, it's no longer affect me much but i appreciate them as an indicator of activist activity or hedge fund. But hey we can benefit from them too.
