I’m in the 4th week of a 15 week tour of Europe with my family in a motorhome (partly off the back of massive rises in my graphite company). Won’t dare sell one of these since we are so close and still well undervalued.

Anyway a few observations, the cost of diesel is astronomical, about $3 a litre in France/Germany/Holland and about $3.70 in Scandinavia. EVs everywhere in Scandinavia, particularly Norway where I just read that 8 out of 10 new cars sold in 2021 were full EV’s. Incredibly good charging stations. I’ll try and add a photo taken in a tiny town in the middle of Norway (miles from anywhere). There were 2 petrol pumps and about 12 charging stations. It is usual to see about 6 Tesla charges and a few more of another type. It’s getting to be the norm to see cars without radiator grills. Seems almost half Tesla’s then Hyundai/BMW and Toyota hybrids. From what I have gathered there are massive waiting lists on all. Great to see that Scandinavia can be used as a model for everyone else as to how to do it. Paris had lots but I didn’t notice as many charging stations maybe they are a bit more hidden. All major cities over here have very strict emission regulations, your car needs to be of a certain rating before you can enter the city centre. Our motorhome has German rating 4. I’m not even sure where that fits, but we tend to park out of the cities and catch public transport in anyway.

Between fuel prices, emission regulations, the closeness of cities and other government regulations/incentives it is a no brained that Europe will very quickly become a EV continent. Trucks everywhere, particularly Germany, it will be interesting to see what happens here as obviously they are still diesel. Norway has massive amounts of car ferries, most are very quiet so imagine many of these are electric.

On a side note, I have not read much here lately, from what I can see if we annualised our last quarter we are siting on $1billion dollars profit with much growth to come. Can anyone point me to decent SP analysis/calculations. Doesn’t look like the prises are dropping anytime soon.

Just read about Canadian government having a $3.8 billion dollar war chest for battery “clean energy” minerals and looking at ways to fast track their development so hopefully that helps with JB.

I don’t like giving stock tips but this one seems like a no brainer.
