sorry @Venge was getting some beauty sleep. I’ve always understood that there needed to be 10 business days grace so as not to look like insider trading. Where I was told this I cannot remember but I’ve always known it to make sense and I can’t recall ever seeing a major material announcement happen straight after a director has bought a heap of shares or converted options. Ill do the right thing and check with the wealth team at the office so that I can confirm or correct what I have said
