Perhaps time to absorb the reality that - as others have said above - there will be nil return to shareholders, and prob the same for unsecured creditors. I'd guess sale may raise less than a quarter of total liabilities outstanding, so after costs will be a very modest return to secured creditors.
It's not an on market takeover so no shares are going to be offered to CLH holders. Best not to raise false hope.
