    Its not a specific section. Its how the context of the word "exploitation" has been used throughout the Mineral resources act.

    Search for the word "exploitation". Its used 111 times and can be interchanged with the word "mining" in every case.

    What is of more interest is the wording of the clause in GGG exploration license that allows the GoG to deny GGG the right to exploit/mine uranium.
