In all honesty, shareholders are always way more optimistic of the potential of a company. Especially one with tech that is potentially life changing for the entire world.
the directors, board and employees would see first hand the challenges ResApp face, whether that be to incompetence (I think TK is commercially incompetent) or that it is genuinely difficult to break new tech into a pretty subborn industry.
this is what a lot of no voters don't appreciate. With all his incompetence, I don't think TK and co are "selling out". I think they are jumping at a chance to run away from this long slog and take their money. They are just fortunate to not be in the red.
the vote would be a LOT different if there weren't so many people in the red. I haven't had many argue with my point that many here would accept higher offers.
im curious from your perspective Pilko... are you a no voter at all prices? If not, what's your price? And if you're happy to share, what's your average (you don't have to). When you take that into consideration, you'll find out whether you're sentimental and passionate in the tech or passionate about your money. both are OK btw.
