If TK said in the quarterly, that the team doesn't have what it takes to successfully commercialize the company, I would change to a Yes. At the moment, the argument is essentially 'its a nice premium' and there is risk. There has always been risk, nothing has changed. The share price has also been higher than the offer - much higher, so its understandable that share holders don't view the premium as acceptable. The reason given don't stack up. Maybe the BoD should just admit they are tired and can't execute the plan and we can all forget about RAP.
