Actually the access needs to be completed before the tenement would be transferred to Mantles name. Due to the Third Party Claim the ILUA has been held up. Unfortunately due to legal requirements, management can not give more detail on the progress. Once the third party claim issue is resolved to a certain point management will be able to announce to the ASX an overview and clarification on the issue.

"The rest of the Phos samples should be back from the lab by now, no results released yet though..."

I would imagine that an announcement regarding the phosphate would be forthcoming soon as per their last announcement on the project.

As per their last announcement on the Haunted Stream gold project, final preparations are currently underway to mobilise for drilling of Anomaly 4 beginning mid February, which would be around 2 weeks from now.
