I find it hard to believe that he didn't mark the announcement as price sensitive. Anything with a change in schedule is definitely going to cause some sort of sentiment, whether it be positive or negative.

I wonder how he's going to deliver any ongoing announcements to keep shareholders up to date given it sounds like he doesn't know what's going on really.
