it's an additional $3.125m (taking the lowest % of 1.25%) in recurring annual revenue on top of the existing recurring revenues of SPX.
This company is on a growth trajectory and this announcement is demonstrating that they're delivering on their revenue growth.
I for one do not expect them to take their foot off the pedal here and we will continue to see further recurring revenues added to this as we progress through the June 1/4.
