More good news.
I'm going to assume W2V wants to acquire another company already in the VAT reclaim business. Since W2V is the only VAT reclaim company that uses AI & deep learning technology to automatically submit & claim a VAT refund, it means other companies in the industry have been rendered obsolete.
The acquisition would be a great way of boosting revenue and the client base.
This has been planned for sometime, looking at previous anns on page 13.
