I am in agreement with Alex07. I think it is probably an administrative thing. I went back to the announcement and I read that the transfer has to be approved by the Malawi Government "regulatory consents being granted". The footnote says that the exclusivity period can be extended if these approval are not finished in the 60 days - and its Africa and things always take longer. It also says that if Australian regulatory approval is not sort the Lindian can extend the exclusive period beyond 60 days by paying the first tranche. I am leaning toward Malawi delays. So I recon its all ok. Just admin.
