It is a more true statement to say, shareholders have not been allowed to enjoy the wealth of what should've been in a company such as this due to the high levels of dilution incurred from the decisions made by this team.
For example, no shareholders were offered the chance to partake in the convertible note option. Nor do I believe will any equity be issued as a dividend of sorts in the IPO of CBio.
