Cost reductions should come into effect in some form this quarter.
The vibe of the forum suggests total costs and revenue will be focus for most investors this quarterly and will be considered a pass or fail on these metrics, the only reason these metrics are relevant is to determine how much of a cash runway we have left.
What I’m most interested in is the following metrics, all these metrics ultimately grow revenue in the end and don't correlate with the seasonality influences, I believe these give a truer indication of how well the company is performing, at this stage we want to see platform engagement building exponentially not necessarily revenue (at this point), Kaddy needs to create an ecosystem where if you’re in the drinks industry you can't do business without them.
We want to get to a position where if your a prospective buyer or supplier the only question you need to ask is “Are you on Kaddy?”
Key Metrics to look out for:
Active suppliers
Average transaction value per order
Active Trade Buyers
Supplier Fulfilment and Marketplace overlap % - (Huge win if we can get this number up)
