Nice to see this thread positive again ...

A point to consider ... A white whale doesn't necessarily mean a TO ... I think it's more likely a Venture Capital firm that could sink say AUD$50 million to set up a JV with FBR to fund say the first 10 new HX110'S... they use a mixture of cash and loans to fund the ongoing construction ...

Sooo ... that way the JV company owns the machines (Having them built for the whole globe by Leiber) then licences the DST and IP and leases the machines to the JV WaaS entities around the world ( keeping maintenance and secret DST technology close to the FBR chest ... like all updates done remotely by FBR from HO in Perth protecting our IP) .... That's where FBR and you the shareholders will make profits from licensing IP and a percentage of leasing income from WaaS partners ... if we have part ownership in each WaaS entity then we make a profit from each build on top of the IP and leasing revenue.

A little unknown history from 2005 ... originally there were 2 companies set up ... Goldwing p/l which owned the IP patents... shareholders were very few ... the rest of us Angel investors held our shares in Hadrian p/l ... this entity would do everything a WaaS entity would today ... although back then we all thought we'd build the bots and builders would buy and operate.

The vision was Goldwing would be the parent company ie FBR today ... Hadrian was the workhorse with the Brickbot (as it was called back then) similar to todays WaaS entities.

When funding was running low Mark came back to Angel's and asked for another 50% of our original investment... not all angels were interested to tip more in ... but fortunately the ones who did negotiated with Mark and Goldwing directors that should we invest more ... that our holdings would be converted to Goldwing shares therefore meaning we get IP ownership.
Goldwing was the entity that reverse listed on the ASX.

My question to this forum is who do you want as your white whale to fund the manufacturing costs... then who do you want as the WaaS partner ( Brickworks, Weinerberger, Xella) in USA, Mexico Europe, Australia and UAE???
