    It would be funny if the board restricted the raising to the $1.5m. Applicants might get less than what they applied for. Perhaps a mad scramble to re-acquire the shares sold on market would ensue?

    Then again, given the current market, maybe the board will accept whatever than get?

    I guess we will see…
