I understood the "you are a joke" and "wake up you morons" parts of your reply ... but I have no idae what you meant by the rest!

Are you saying that because you are a shareholder (in both) and that you think OIP has been mis-managed otherwise it would be trading at a much higher price ... and therefore so would GGX via the merger ratio? How on earth could OIP trade at 3-4 times NTA (= cash I assume) unless it had discovered something and had therefore reserves or the likelihood of reserves near-term?

What shareholders meeting?? Do you mean the one that happened but was adjourned immediately? Are you serious? I WAS at the AGM and voiced my opinion strongly on this mereger .. in fact i asked 90% of the difficult questions. Were you there?????????????
