For me, the Russian factor is really going to loom large. There's going to be a scramble to find non-Russki sources of this. Even if Putin gets rolled and they moderate themselves the world has just been reminded of a harsh strategic lesson, don't bind yourself to obtaining critical materials from a hostile state.If nothing else the US will take a long hard look at their critical materials list, it would be a no-brainer to diversify their sources to a tier 1 ally.
