...could it be possible for all 130 patients to come from Germany? Sounds cheaper than a spread throughout Europe, if it's not necessary.... doens't appear to be. The math works; Germany is almost a tenth of EU population. say 4,000 patients in EU x .1 GER pop / 2 for older boys = 200 and we only need about 50% the rest being placebo.

before time runs out ignore the 4,000 patients in EU, it's a lot more than that. I'm getting confused, should be about 16,000 so the numbers work much more easily than my calcs above. think i'm confused with $4B
