While the number for the quarter look bad, the true problem with the numbers becomes clearer when they are compared to Q2 FY21. I would have preferred management atleast address what seems to be flat or negative underlying growth if the Exceed acquistion is ignored. I hope there were some accounts that didn't quite finish up which would lead to a bumper Q3 but something like this should have been pointed out by management. I will try and write them an email and see if I get a response. Any ideas on what's going on? see table below
