could someone explain what is happening, page-27

with all due respect SF, I will be the first to admit my dislike of the constant t/o talk here on the ESG thread, BUT, i don't think it's the our fault.

ESG are the ones saying they've been approached on numerous occasions. at times it appears that ESG are trying to stoke the fire and draw out an offer from someone. There is nothing wrong with this but to me, they give the impression that this is their only hope - I know they have other plans - just the sentiment I get. So my point is, I think ESG are to blame for everyone's desire/wish/hope for a t/o
