I believe there is no reason for option converters to be disgruntled.

They knew the plight of the options and the good that it offered the company upon conversion rather than buying on market.

If, as you say, there are some disgruntled converters, it would then be clear there was a lack of consideration upon conversion.

Under water for a few weeks is a very short term view.

The conversion of oppies has placed the company in a strong financial position with the prospects of exciting results from different ventures still upon us.

One set of results is all it will take.
