I wish I had some more time to do some digging.
Sadly its war time, not much of what you dig up would be accurate.
Would anyone like to speculate the potential magnitude of orders and the actual likelihood of this occurring?
If history is any guide, political interests in the USA and Ukraine will extract the maximum amount of US taxpayer dollars that the situation will allow. The US military hospital in Germany is one avenue to assist the pilfer, therefore the likelihood is high.
