There is a lot of potential positive news in the pipeline.

Short term....
(1) Environmental Impact Assessment and approval
Expected to be approved soon.
(2) Funding plan for the 10kt expansion likely linked to offtakes
I'm guessing this is waiting on (1) at this stage.  Likely a lot of offers with the lithium demand side desperate today for supply.
(3) Ramp up begins of lithium carbonate commercial production
This will be big as success here will de-risk the 10kt expansion methodology wise.  Add in a solid funding plan in (2) and investors will have little doubt that AGY can pull of the expansion.   

Medium term....
(4) Rincon Resource Expansion results
More impactful than most companies resource expansions as the Rincon resource is rather small at present and leads to potential future expansion.
(5) Tonopah drilling results
Any success here, being located in the USA and especially with proven success in Rincon ramp up (3), will likely lead to big valuation increase.  Could possibly be eligible for DOE’s $15 billion Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) loan program to fund building which was just given to SYR for its spherical graphite expansion plans.
(6) Rincon expansion to 12kt construction begins

Longer term....
(7) Ramp up to 12kt production
(8) 77.5% to 90% ownership increase

I'm sure more will turn up as time passes but already, AGY has one of my longest valuation catalysing events list of any stocks I follow.
