Well why not take advantage of my supposed knowledge and use real time data that has meaning? @1982 That data is freely available here:
AFR is quoting front month SGX price which is effectively 20 days old as explained. It should be intuitively questionable that the price swings AFR quotes are too consistently stable. I don't know why using data that's effectively 20 days old gives anyone comfort when you can get the latest price so easily.
