Im no expert but perhaps someone here is..
couldnt a bank lend us 20m, we have 20m cash to secure it.... bank charges 10% for a 2 year loan. We now have 40m, we begin trial, raise 21m end next year prior to futility at eg 35c+, (or anytime above 30c), pay back the 21m via the raise, proceed to futility results using all 40m we have to advance everything. Convert oppies after futility w change.
