I hadn't followed BSA closely, but I thought the result was well below where I'd expected following the acquisition. I also felt that they hadn't communicated well up till now if my expectations were so much higher.

I had recently bought a few as a "test pot" - with some caution given they had a history of disappointing investors in the past. I have now sold again. The announcement not only meant the shares were considerably lower in value than I'd estimated, but also raised my assessment of the risk around predictability. Fortunately, I was able to sell with only a small loss.
