    Let's be realistic, rather than engaging in wild assertions.

    Perhaps FBR may start with a tiny contract to build half a dozen houses in the USA to demonstrate it can operate under local conditions, including satisfying local building industry and government regulators.

    Rome wasn't built in a day.
