For TTY to move to around $0.30c, it will have to be information about something of real importance and not take forever to make the news.
To make progress in mining can take time, however, it is'nt a surprise to TTY how much mine life remains, so a few enquiries about future tenements or buy-outs should have been put in place before now. I know TTY has made it known they are trying to do something about putting things in place to cover the mine life running out, but lets see some action, and get the share price moving north.
