Record droughts and high temperatures? This is called La Nina. When El Nino is in place, it flips; Australian East = Hot and Dry (black Saturday bushfires), USA West = Cool and wet.
There is no secret that these events are cyclical, however they are being experienced with
record intensity of late.
The underlying global temperatures are trending up, again no secrets there.
