SA/CA: Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru

If true, would certainly be big in terms of Indonesia/Philippines/Russia/China production (though I'd imagine some agreement might be possible to be reached for the Philippines), this isn't like lithium where it's all from Australia/Chile anyway
