Didn't he state that there were no shortage and ' A Few ' expressing interest some time ago. However , he was in no rush ....or something to that effect. But the ' RUSH ' will certainly come at some stage if we are to be believed to be permitting and breaking ground on construction of LIOH conversion facilities commencing from end of 3rd QTR to end of 4th QTR. Money and/ or facility financing will have to come from somewhere's right ....
