Agree Tweets, and surely soon the market has to respond properly....
It's been very frustrating knowing PEN have got so much going for them, Obama's pushing nuclear power like never before and PEN is on the doorstep being in the USA, and the price has dawdled....
Whether it's been purposely held back by someone for whatever reason we may never know, but with broker reports showing value in double figures it must break out properly SOON....
