By way of update, I've leveraged my network to reach out to Dr Marco in his capacity as a senior advisor to Ping An. I have also reached out to senior executives at Johnson & Johnson and Astra Zeneca (both big pharma ResApp has been working with), to make sure they are aware of the Pfizer offer and the fact that they have a very limited window to act if they wish to prevent ResApp's technology falling into the hands of a competitor.

In my view, if i was a soft no, on the fence, or even a yes voter, I would be voting no now and then re-evaluating my decision right before the Scheme meeting. If you want Pfizer to consider upping their bid, you need to give them a reason to! There is still a long way for this process to play out. Pfizer and the arbitrage gamers want / expect you to buckle first. I wouldn't be playing into their hands. All IMO DYOR.
