CR was not required now based on cashflow forecasts with conservative growth & cost savings announced.
It was mentioned no CR required as there is ample cashflow until 2023. 1M supplier & big brands also mentioned.
Doubt this was strategic. More like desperation as the 4C is not good. Otherwise they could have waited a few months until markets recover.
