I'm still very bullish long term, but I think my emotions were driving my optimism too much back then. When it was clear the world was looking at a tough next couple of years I decided to sell out as I believe companies like wbt will underperform in a highly inflationary environment where central banks are aggressively tightening monetary policy. I stepped back and thought about realistically how long would it take to get good revenues coming in, and that's what drove my decision.
Maybe I'll be wrong, we'll see. I've followed wbt since they listed and I do plan to buy back in at some stage, I've just put my money elsewhere for now which has (so far) outperformed wbt.
I'm comfortable with my decision and not trying to be a down ramper, just providing my perspective for something to think about.
