electricity meters rake in millions, page-9

I've had a smart meter for a while - at least that's what I was told it is. Someone still comes to read it. The electricity company can't tell me what is on what tariff. I suspect I'm being overcharged but have to pay for someone to come and tell me if it's so or not, if I am in fact not being overcharged. It's hard to read the meter - You have to stand there while it cycles through all the different readings and try to catch the number as it cycles through.

Maybe the newest ones are different - I don't know. My meter doesn't seem all that smart :(
