Good news I complained a number of times about my meter reading (when the meter reader managed to find it out on the sidewalk) and each time I received a credit with little or no explanation.

I was told by my provider that they had had a few problems with smart meters but the person did not want to go on record with their remark.

The new smart meters are the same as the old smart meters and what makes them smart is the meter reading company will be able to save lots of dosh because they can sack the meter readers.

Here is a question, why should the state government have been able to abrogate its responsability to keep the providers honest by have an independent state run meter?
