Looks like the prior owner did not spend money where they should have.

Still that does not explain the shortfall in inward takings ex outgoings at tarmoola that the market was told as per your enclosure.

So there stuck with 600k outgoings to riverfront a quarter, a cut in exploration and tarmoola not Cashflow positive by the looks of it.

Not good as exploration needs to be maintained to increase resources.

I was weary at the time on tarmoola, when no p/l figures were provided that usually are when you buy a business.
