With ARO also focusing on the energy sector for potential acquisitions the below suggests that Peter Jermyn is well connected within the oil & gas industry...

Middle East Petroleum Services (MEPS) are positioned within the Top 10 shareholders for ARO. MEPS have a subsidiary called NorAsian Energy Limited which was created to pursue opportunities in the oil and gas sector of the Philippines.

Interestingly, Peter Jermyn is the CFO of NorAsian Energy Limited:

"Mr. Peter Jermyn, is Chief Financial Officer of NAEL. His career spans over 35 years in the energy and mining sectors. His expertise lies in all aspects of project evaluation, financing and listing entities on Stock Exchanges in Australia, Canada and London."

    From ARO's recent company presentation:

    "New Opportunities

◆ Continue to source and evaluate domestic and global
    company making opportunities
◆ Focus on Uranium, Gold and energy"
