If the ASX said please show us the 70 companies that you have done DD and which several ones have gone to formal DD and they came back with oh we got nothing do you think they would be up the creek without a paddle?
Then again maybe it is all done via phone calls as we know million dollar deals on the asx has been done with just a phone call.
