I laugh at anything the macrobusiness.com.au comes up with.
It always pops up on my phone and survives on sensationalism to get views. VERY annoying.... there's never much balance, and in my opinion it is one poop short of being a sh1t-stirrer of a business site.
For example, we've had 2 interest rate rises and some cities and regions are still seeing house values increase. Who cares about the 5-city average? (unless, of course, you own a 5-city property portfolio)
