If I could find those stats I would probably agree with you. However its not the diesel for cars but all the Businesses that use diesel. If I could get the stats I bet 30% of Coles & Woolies distribution trucks are in "planned maintenance" so explains some shortages of grocery items or increased costs because of labour shortages.
