Let's take a moment to feel sorry for the shorters, paying interest for so long and avz will not come out until it's all sorted.
So basically they pay interest every day waiting for avz to announce mining license and the end of arbitrage.What a place to be, well deserved for all the fake news.
As for us, we knew icc would take this long. It's near now but it's not unusual that it's taken this long.
